William “Scot” Fisher

William “Scot” Fisher, 60, of Ladoga, passed away at his home October 8, 2019. He was born on August 29, 1959 in Crawfordsville to the late William “Dutch” and surviving Julia Kay (Crane) Fisher. On October 27, 1984 Scot married Madonna (Cook) Fisher. She survives.

Scot attended Crawfordsville High School. He then proudly served in the United States Army for eight years, and then served in the Army National Guard for several years. He worked for Wabash College in Crawfordsville. Scot enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles, spending time with his family and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife Madonna Fisher, Ladoga, his four children, Will (Miranda) Hutchison, Ladoga, Eric Fisher, Ladoga, John Fisher, Ladoga, Joe Fisher, Ladoga, grandchildren: Josh Summers, Jacob Summers, Lexi Leahy, Bruce Leahy, his mother, Julia Kay, Crawfordsville, siblings; Becky Shahan, Crawfordsville, Julie (Rick) Booth, Crawfordsville, Matt Fisher, Crawfordsville, nieces and nephews; Kelly (Eric) Collins, Leesa (Jeff) Harrison, Cayle Booth, Karliy (Dan) Hessler, and Aunt and Uncle; Peggy and Duane Cornett, Crawfordsville.

He was preceded in death by his father, William “Dutch” Fisher, and grandparents; Thomas and Freda Crane, Iris Wilson and Art Fisher.


There will be a Celebration of Life Service held at a later date.
