I am sad to hear of the passing of John Monts. He was an absolutely outstanding individual. He was so calm and steadfast, and just being around him made you feel more secure — just a wonderful human being whose attributes are soundly reflected in his sons. In particular, I have recollections of planning funerals for loved ones over many decades. You had your family to lean on, and you always had John Monts. The Ladoga community was lucky to have him, and he will be greatly missed. You have my condolences.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I will never forget the kindness he showed when both our parents passed away. Whenever I’d see John out he always spoke and had a smile to share. May God be close to you and comfort your family during the days ahead. Our community has lost a great guy. Will be praying for you and your family.

John and Belinda have been two very important people in my family’s lives for years. Not only were they dear friends to my mom and dad, they were there for my brother and me (and our families) when they both passed away. My heart goes out to you, Belinda, and your family. John was a wonderful man with a huge heart and he will be greatly missed. I feel very blessed to have had both of you in our lives all these years.

John will be severely missed by all who knew him, and especially by our family. He gave us the feeling he was taking care of us when Warren passed, had a picture on canvas framed to display at the funeral, and was at my side throughout. He was there to help with my business in town. Over the years he was a rock when we buried other family members, and I know he must have done it with God’s help. My family will always remember his kind deeds and steady hand. Our thoughts and prayers go out to All Of The Family Of John Monts.

John will be very missed so much by us. Anytime we needed his help he was there to lend his support to the Ladoga Troop 796. He was always a joy to work with and we are sad to see him go.
Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
